Most custom closet installations are completed within 1-2 days. Installation timelines vary based on the size and complexity of your custom project. For example, a reach-in closet can often be installed in half a day, while a standard walk-in closet may take one to two days. Multiple closets or larger closets with extensive cabinetry and specialty features may require three to four days for completion.

Many of our independently owned and operated Clozetivity locations offer closet tear-out and painting services as part of the overall project. This can include removing existing wire shelving, outdated closet systems, or damaged materials, as well as preparing the space for your new custom closet.

Floor-mounted systems offer a built-in, "furniture" look and can support more weight, making them ideal for heavy wardrobes. Wall-hung systems are suspended from a steel rail, leaving the floor clear for easy cleaning and a more modern, airy aesthetic.
